Supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and professionals in addressing the challenges of modern building asset management. The digital and sustainable transition of the construction sector will be at the center of attention at SAIE 2025, held at the Fiera del Levante from October 23 to 25. CETMA (Center for Research and Technological Innovation) is organizing two key events for professionals, companies, and public administrations.

The first event is the Visioning Workshop “Digital Scenarios for More Sustainable Construction”, scheduled for Friday at 2:30 p.m. The event will feature the participation of the President of the National Council of Engineers, Angelo Domenico Perrini, along with representatives from ANCE, OIBA, the Puglia Region, and innovative companies. An interactive session will be included for collecting needs and perspectives. For architects, participation will grant continuing education credits.

The following day, Saturday, October 25, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., there will be a public event of the European project openDBL, coordinated by CETMA. Application cases of the platform will be presented by Italian and European municipalities, including Ruvo di Puglia, Mislata (Spain), and Kifissia (Greece). The morning will conclude with a virtual reality demo illustrating inspections of pilot sites.
